What You’ll Do: As a Senior Fullstack Developer on the CollX engineering team, you'll be at the forefront of creating a world-class digital experience for CollX and Card Dealer Pro customers. You will architect scalable, performant, and reliable solutions while working remotely with a talented cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers. You'll lead projects from discovery to launch, consistently delivering features that enhance the collector experience. By leveraging data-driven insights, you'll experiment, iterate, and continuously improve our product offerings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a user-first mindset.
• Drive innovation by proposing creative ideas that not only delight our users but also contribute to CollX’s business growth.
• Take ownership of quality, testing, and performance to ensure applications and platforms reliably performs for all users.
• Establish best practices and elevate our engineering standards, contributing to a culture of excellence.
• Participate in on-call rotations to manage and resolve outages, ensuring smooth app operation.
• Actively mentor other team members and lead design discussions, guiding the team toward high-quality solutions.
• Continuously improve our codebase and systems to accelerate team velocity and support scale.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of full stack software development experience
• Experience with modern Javascript frameworks such as Vue and React
• Extensive experience with Laravel, PHP and GraphQL. Working experience with Elixr is a plus!
• Extensive experience managing large scale databases, particularly MySQL
• Passion for delivering products end-to-end: from ideation through planning and scoping to implementation and experimental A/B testing.
• Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications, such as well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, and efficient algorithms.
• Passionate about design and building UX products. You bring flexibility to collaboration with design and product partners by presenting tradeoffs and iterating to the ideal solution.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and detail oriented. Must be fluent in conversational and written English. 
• Capable of making data driven decisions and articulating tradeoffs in any technical decisions.
• Ability to work effectively with a distributed team and scale applications and systems.

We began by solving a very simple and age-old problem: helping collectors figure out what their cards are worth.
