Card Dealer Pro is our professional dealer platform built for card shops, breakers, high-volume sellers, and serious trading card dealers. CDP helps dealers rapidly scan, identify, price, organize, and list cards across marketplaces like eBay, CollX, Whatnot, and Shopify.
Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, upbeat, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for Card Dealer Pro. In this role, you will help customers resolve technical issues, answer questions about our software, and provide clear, friendly, solutions-oriented support.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who enjoys helping people, can stay calm when customers are frustrated, and is comfortable learning new tools and workflows. This person should also be comfortable leveraging AI tools to work faster, improve support quality, document solutions, and help us deliver support at scale.
Experience with Card Dealer Pro, sports cards, trading cards, ecommerce, or online marketplaces is a major plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, video calls, and email, and other support channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to scanning, inventory management, pricing, exports, account setup, marketplace connections, and listing cards across platforms.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to customers on how to use Card Dealer Pro effectively.
- Use AI tools to help draft responses, summarize tickets, identify recurring issues, improve documentation, and increase support efficiency.
- Create and maintain customer-facing support documentation, internal troubleshooting guides, and best-practice resources.
- Document bugs and technical issues clearly, including customer impact, examples, screenshots, links, and steps to reproduce when needed.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure customer feedback is heard and acted on.
- Identify recurring support trends and recommend improvements to the product, onboarding experience, and help center.
- Support customers through onboarding questions, workflow walkthroughs, and best-practice guidance.
- Help improve support processes so the team can deliver faster, more consistent, and higher-quality service as CDP grows.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience or affinity with sports cards, trading cards, or “the Hobby” is a strong plus.
- Experience using Card Dealer Pro is a plus.
- Familiarity with chat-based customer support software is a plus.
- Familiarity with eBay, Whatnot, Shopify, CollX, scanners, CSV exports, or inventory tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
